RC4WD 1/18 Gelande II - D90 Mods! No1

I felt that the 1/18 Gelande II's gear ratio is way too high, so I decide to install R5-V2 transmission!

Current specifications:

Steering servo: Stock
ESC: CC Sidewinder Micro
Radio: Sanwa M11 + RX442DS
Battery: Stock 2 Cells 850mA
Body color: flat black painted
Optional parts: Light Gurard
Transmission: R5-Version2

Lets do the work!

1. take off the old transmission!

2. Install R5-V2 transmission!

3. Finish installing R5-V2 transmission!

4. Done!

5. Installing light guard!

I used 0.7mm drill bit, but I recommend 0.8mm or 0.9mm, 0.7mm was too tight!

Using masking tape is very good idea!
