Build up Axial Super Class XR10!
I am going to build Super Class rig using XR10! I have been thinking of how I build super class rig.... Using Berg with long axle tubes, using wraith cvd with XR10 axle, but my conclusion is to build it with stock XR10 axles! I want my super XR10 with narrow, wide tires, small tires!
Here we go!
I am building the gearbox first!!
Using Vanquish gearboxes and Axial optional motor plates! double bearing mods to each axle can is the strongest gearbox I have made with simple parts setup!
Epoxy patty is the mods I need to do with this!
Team Brood motors are installed with 10T pinion gears!
I am going to make servo mount plate with 2mm carbon plate!
You can use regular size servo horns with Hitec 7980TH servo!
Measuring the holes!
First plate template are done!
I will actually try to put it on, so cut holes for preparation!
No good! I need to move holes!
Now it done!
Adding the servo holes to the template!
Printed to the sticker sheet!
I drill holes first!
Cutting the carbon plates!
Flat head screws mods are done!
Using brake cleaner!
You can easily peel off the template sticker!
Round the edges!
Prepare the spacers!

Even C-hub is the screw together!

Start making the knuckle arms!

Double steering arm can be really tough!!
Ok! Now front and rear axles are done! both are exactly same setup!
From next step, I will make chassis, upper and lower links, shocks, electric ESC and so on! Please keep on checking my Super XR10!!
