Installing tires to beadlock wheels!

Install tires on beadlock wheel, its seem to be very easy, but there are newbie all the time. So I decide to write some!

1. Make holes to your tires first!
This is very important to know. Its not 1/1 vehicle, its RC rig. To have air holes to your tire makes no bouncing, you can set up your inner form to have good grip tires!


2. Put foam back into tires!
As you see on this picture, 2 stage inner form. soft form outside and firm form inside.


3. Put inner ring to your tires!
Put inner rings to your tires.

This is what it look like.


4. Put beadlock wheel to your tires!
Carefully, install your beadlock wheels to your tires.


5. Installing beadrings!
carefully installing beadrings, one screw on, second screw will be on the other side.


6. Done!
If the tires came off from wheel, jsut do it again! Dont worry, everyone have experienced and did many times to have good skill of installing tires on beadlock wheels!


Putting some weight into it, or taking off the weight, change tires, change inner forms, you can do whenever you want if you are using beadlock wheels!


* Maybe this tires and inner foams are bit too soft for TRX-4!
