Traxxas TRX-4 Mods! Tuning inner foams!
Modifying Traxxas TRX-4!
At this time, I will do some setting using super hard inner foams to Traxxas TRX-4!
1. Stock Servo
This isnt bad, but more torque, much better. So I decided to change the servo!
2. Taking off the drag link!
I screwd off and took off the drag link.
3. Off from chassis
It was easy to take steering servo from chassis, just unscrew 4 screws!
4. wire out from electric box!
take off the wires from electric box!
5. continue taking off the wires
Just unscrew and take wire out and put it back with new servo's wires into receiver!
6. This is the new servo Im going to put it on!
Compare to stock servo torque, 9kg to 20kg. It should be enough for now!
7. I put fully aluminum servo horns to it!
Length is also good for TRX-4, and also, the color!
9. All done!
Just put it back as I took off, nothing difficult!
Colors are also matched!
To have good run, steering servo is must item to be strong. Its always good thing to upgrade. higher torque makes easier to discover the lines which you want to trace!
